TRANSPORTATION & RETURNS
WHAT IS THE COST OF HAVING MY ORDER RECEIVED?
The following conditions are applicable to free delivery:
Free delivery is available for all UK orders over £30.
All UK orders over £30 qualify for free delivery. Anywhere in the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, the Highlands, the Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man, and the Scilly Isles) that we transport your products to, we will do so.
Order processing may take up to 24 hours after the transaction. This permits you to cancel up until that point and permits card security verification checks. Orders placed during business hours will typically be shipped 48 hours after the order is placed.
Orders placed in the UK will be delivered three to five working days following the day of purchase.
Returns
Our 14-day policy is in effect. We are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange if 14 days have passed since your purchase.
Your item needs to be unused and in the same condition that you received it in order to be eligible for a return. It needs to be in its original packaging.
Returns (if relevant)
We will email you to let you know that we have received your returned item after it has been received and inspected. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.
Within a predetermined number of days, if you are accepted, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method.
Missing or delayed refunds (if any)
First, make sure you have received your return by checking your bank account once more.
Next, get in touch with your credit card provider; it can take some time for the refund to appear on your account.

Items on sale (if applicable)
Regretfully, refunds are only available for standard priced items; sale or reduced items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges (if any)
Items are only replaced if they are faulty or broken. Send us an email at clubfragrance@outlook.com and we will communicate next steps.
Gifts: You will receive a gift credit for the amount of your return if the item was listed as a gift when it was purchased and shipped straight to you. You will receive a gift certificate in the mail after the returned item is received.
We will provide the present donor a refund and let him know about your return if the item wasn't marked as a gift when it was bought or if they had the order shipped to them so they could give it to you later.
